Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund will only be given if the item sent is defective or the item sent is different from the one ordered.
For all other issues such as change of mind, etc, refund will not be given and only an exchange will be given. Please note, no refund will be given in case there is a difference in price between the exchanged items. Furthermore, the customer will need to send the items to our shop address and pay the delivery charges incurred during the exchange of the items. We will inspect the items and then courier the exchanged items.
Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
